have to install a "GIF Patch" (see "GIF Patch").
If the Installation requires a newer Windows DirectX Version or
Runtime Windows Files, download and install the required files
after completing the Software Installation (see "DirectX" and

GIF-PATCH
This Patch unlocks
the GIF Image Filter in Fiolex Media Express for displaying static
and animated GIF Files.
Click on "Download". If the Fiolex Media Express is already
installed, the software should be
updated automatically. If not, download the File, open Windows Explorer and doubleclick on
the filename
for Installation. After Installation, the Fiolex Media Express will be able to display
GIF
Files. The Patch requires an installed Version of the Software.
